At Architeks, we strive to deliver your Gunpla models and accessories promptly and securely.
Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day.

🔄 Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your return request.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Return Process: To initiate a return contact us at info@architeks.co.uk with the following subject line “RETURN/{your order number}”
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
💔 Damaged Goods
We carefully inspect all products prior to packing and ensure each parcel is secure before shipping. However, we understand that orders may sometimes arrive damaged or defective. In this case please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order ensuring that you provide a detailed description and photos of all damage.
To initiate a damaged goods return contact us at info@architeks.co.uk with the following subject line “DAMAGED/{your order number}”
We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost and also the option for a replacement* or refund once we receive the item back.
IMPORTANT: further damage(accidental or intentional) deemed to be caused by the customer and any damages resulting from improper use will not qualify and your request will not be approved.

If you are located outside the United Kingdom and wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing with the item(s) you would like and your full delivery address. We will provide a shipping quote based on the destination, parcel weight, and carrier rates.
Shipping costs must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Architeks.
Architeks has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and postal service used.
Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier and opening an investigation where possible.
Claims for lost parcels may take time to resolve depending on the carrier’s investigation process.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Architeks cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Returns on International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international returns unless the item received is incorrect or damaged
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging or wrong item so we can assist with a resolution.
