Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Failure to do so will result in rejection of your return request. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@architeks.co.uk with the following subject line “RETURN/{your order number}”
If your return is accepted, a prepaid shipping label will be provided which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@architeks.co.uk.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We carefully inspect all products prior to packing and ensure each parcel is secure before shipping. However, we understand that orders may sometimes arrive damaged or defective. In this case please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order ensuring that you provide a detailed description and photos of all damage.
To initiate a damaged goods return contact us at info@architeks.co.uk with the following subject line “DAMAGED/{your order number}”
We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost and also the option for a replacement* or refund once we receive the item back.
IMPORTANT: further damage(accidental or intentional) deemed to be caused by the customer and any damages resulting from improper use will not qualify and your request will not be approved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, if you wish for an exchange we will do our best to accommodate your request.
